Wells Rotary - Auction 2012

The Wells Rotary Club will be holding our 18^TH ANNUAL TV AUCTION on Thursday, May 17^th from 4:30 to 10:30 pm. If you have participated in the past years, we thank you for your support. If you have not, we invite you to consider a donation that will help us help our community. This much anticipated event, the major fundraiser for our club, will be televised throughout the State of Maine and locally on Time Warner Channel 9.

There are two ways to participate in the auction; donation of an auction item or sponsorship of a board for the event. Participation in the auction publicizes your business and recognizes you as a supporter of the Rotary Club of Wells and its mission; "Service Above Self". Businesses and their donations receive pre-auction and on-air advertising.

Auction Items

(Minimum Value - $50)

Small Board ($50-$149) ~ 45 minutes on air

Big Board ($150-$999)   ~ 2 ½ hours on air

Mega Board ($1,000+)   ~ Airs entire auction

Sponsorship Opportunities

Small Board    $150    45 minutes (with board)

Big Board       $350    2 ½ hours (with board)

Mega Board $500    Entire auction (with board)

Event Sponsor $1,000 All Night Long

Your donation makes it possible for the Wells Rotary Club to continue to support such causes as:

Assistance to local families in need with holiday gifts and food baskets
Sponsorship of annual Red Cross blood drive
Scholarships for students of Wells High School and YCCC
Wrap-A-Smile supporting children recovering from cleft lip and palate surgeries
Support of community efforts such as Boy Scouts; Wells Fuel assistance; York County Big Brothers Big Sisters; Wells-Ogunquit Little League; Meals on Wheels, Wells High School Interact Club, and many more
