On May 1st, members of the Rotary Club of Wells and the Wells High School Interact Club joined forces to honor our deceased veterans. Also joining them were members of the Ogunquit Rotary Club.
In an effort to show honor and respect for our fallen soldiers, volunteers spent the morning clearing and cleaning the stones of veterans buried at the Ocean View Cemetery. More than 600 soldiers are buried there ranging the Civil War to most recent military missions. We are very excited to make this annual service project in the years to come.
