1. Rick - Had a high five that he has several meetings ahead of him today. He is also looking forward to Danielle taking over.
UPdates:
Huge thank you to Doug Bibber for his tireless work to pull together the Vidalia onion sales. Total procced amounts are still being tallied.
Service projects: Deb reported:
1. Deb reported that more than 20 volunteers participated in the first annual veterans stone clean up event. 15 members of interact were among the volunteers to participate.
2. Next Project is June 1st. We will be looking for volunteers to help with the Red Cross blood drive from noon to 5 pm at St Marys church. Sign link will be went to club members from deb.
3. At the tine of the meeting Deb had not heard back from Wells High School regarding the possibility of career awareness day. On May7th, the HS did reach out and plans will be gin for this service project. More info to come.
4. Our annual golf tournament has been set for September 24th. More info to flow as we look for all members to help organize this event.
